Eileen and Margaret's First Thanksgiving

The Johnson Family's "Secret" Thanksgiving ~ Margaret, Dad, Eileen and Mom

A week ago today we celebrated our first Thanksgiving with our beloved Eileen and Margaret.  We have so much to be thankful for this year, but most of all we are thankful for our amazing baby girls.

Eileen and Margaret ready to party!

On Wednesday night we held our annual pre-Thanksgiving party (Robby's favorite day of the year) to kick-off the the holiday season.  On Thursday our usual trip to Hoquiam for Thanksgiving dinner was cancelled due to Grandma Trish's cold, so we stayed home and had a "secret" Thanksgiving just the four of us.  We stayed in our pajamas all day, ate leftovers, watched The Godfather Part I & Part II and relaxed...it was just what we needed!

The rest of the weekend was filled with a visit from Grandpa Dave, fun times over at Grandma Cary and Grandpa Pat's house and a trip down to Olympia for a belated Thanksgiving celebration with the Hoods and Stiers.

It ended up being a surprisingly relaxing weekend...another thing to be thankful for!
