| Ready to go see Santa! ~ Eileen and Margaret |
On Tuesday our sweet little girls turned 22 months old. We have had so much fun over the past month watching Eileen and Margaret get into the holiday season. We celebrated Thanksgiving, visited Santa, went to Whidbey Island for our annual Christmas tree adventure, and gave the girls their first taste of hot chocolate. Fun times!
Margaret and Eileen love playing in the backyard and going to the park. They love to run, slide, swing, and play!

Our visit to Santa was definitely a highlight. Eileen had been talking nonstop about seeing Santa but when we got there she wanted none of it. Luckily Santa's elf had an Elmo for Leenie to hug. Grandma Care was there to share in the fun and we followed up our Santa visit with pizza for lunch and a holiday concert at Bell Square (they loved the jingle bells). If you ask Margaret and Eileen what they want for Christmas they say, "Elmo, a piano, and books." We will see if Santa comes through...I think they've been very good girls!

Next up was a trip to Grandpa Dave's house at the beach to get our annual Christmas tree at Scattered Acres. The girls love the beach and had so much fun on the swings! We decided on two little table top trees as part of our "toddler proof" Christmas.
