Happy 15th month birthday to Eileen and Margaret! Spring is finally here and our little walking girls are so happy to be outside exploring everything they possibly can. We have been very busy with our backyard projects as we get ready for summer and the girls have been such good helpers!

One of the funny things Eileen and Margaret like to do right now is sit on the legs of our dining room table. They are the perfect height for them to practice sitting. They treat the table like their fort.

Eileen and Margaret are really starting to play with each other and love to make each other laugh by playing chase or hide and seek in their new tunnel. Riding on their doggies Roscoe and Ginger and hiding under blankets or playing in the laundry basket is lots of fun too. Eileen tends to take longer naps than Margaret and when we take Margaret into the living room to play she makes a beeline back to her bedroom saying, "Naynay, Naynay, Naynay (come out and play, Leenie!)" If Margaret is out of sight Leenie yells "GAGA!" at the top of her lungs and laughs and laughs when she finds Margaret. They give each other hugs and kisses too. So, so, so sweet.

Last Saturday, May 5, was Grandpa Dave's 65th birthday and Uncle AJ, Aunt Malia, Grandpa Jeff, and Nona came over to help us celebrate. It was a such a fun day! We celebrated Grandpa Dave Cinco de Mayo style with a lunch of Genesee's famous enchiladas, margaritas, and cupcakes followed by a lovely walk to the playground at the "bagel" park. The girls love their Grandpa Dave so much!
