| Our little Easter bunnies ~ Margaret and Eileen |
It was a beautiful Easter weekend and the girls were very excited this year for the Easter bunny and looking for eggs (not to mention the jelly beans the Easter bunny brings). We decided to take advantage of this excitement and ditch the girls' pacifiers for good the Saturday morning of Easter weekend....you know, the Easter bunny only comes for big girls and big girls don't have binkies. On our way to Nona and Grandpa Jeff's house we dropped their remaining pacifiers off at Swedish Hospital for "the babies who need them". Eileen and Margaret barely batted an eye about it (in fact, I think I took it much harder than they did...my babies are growing-up!). Dr. Sheridan had told us to anticipate a difficult week after getting rid of pacifiers but true to form Eileen and Margaret took the change very well and didn't look back once (they do pretend to have a binkie every now and then though and sometimes need to remind each other that they babies at the hospital need them).

On Easter Sunday we went to Care and Pop-Pop's house for a wonderful Easter afternoon. The girls loved running around hunting for eggs, playing with bubbles, and cheering DaDa on against Uncle AJ on the pickle ball court. It was a gorgeous day!
